Northern Limits, the first Material Flow Analysis and Ecological Footprint of Northern Ireland, was published in March 2004. The project was funded by the Institution of Civil Engineers and Biffaward as part of the Biffaward UK Programme on Sustainable Resource Use, and completed by a team comprising EnviroCentre, Arena Network, Best Foot Forward and Queens University of Belfast.
