Stakeholder Analysis

Effective stakeholder analysis requires the decision-maker to identify all relevant stakeholders, engage them in the appropriate context, elicit information from them in a rigorous fashion and apply appropriate analysis techniques to the information gained.

SRI uses a variety of methods for stakeholder engagement and analysis including focus groups, questionnaires, interviews and workshops. The means by which these methods are applied will are determined by the parameters of the research, an approach known as ‘Q methodology.  Further details on the methods and the programme of stakeholder engagement and analysis currently being undertaken can be found in updates and downloads (Northern Visions).
